Tour Description:

Explore the picturesque canyons of Sedona on this rugged adventure. Pink Jeep Tours Sedona Arizona Coyote Canyons Tour is a guided tour experience that lets you discover what the desert has to offer. There’s so much to see including stunning red rock formations and wildlife habitats as well as diverse trees, plants and wildflowers that will leave you breathless.

How will you begin your Coyote Canyons Tour but in Sedona? Choose to either meet your tour guide at Pink Jeep Plaza or ask for Pink Jeep Tours to pick you up from one of the many resorts or hotels in Sedona. No matter the starting point, you’ll still board your personal custom-built, open air Pink Jeep Wrangler tour vehicle. Did we mention that a personal tour guide chauffeurs you across Sedona? Your professional tour guide is also a Certified Interpretive Guide, so expect lively stories about this Southwest landscape through memorable stories and historical retelling, all with a great sense of humor.

Time to head west out of Sedona. This area is also called the Sedona outback. Pass by some of Sedona’s spectacular red rock formations including Boynton Canyon, Doe Mesa, Thunder Mountain, Camel’s Caravan and Bear Mountain. Your tour guide will point each out so that you don’t miss out. With so many sights to see, it’s best to never put that camera away because there’s a photo opportunity with every twist and turn of the trail during your Coyote Canyons tour.

Occasionally, you may even spy upon some javelina, jackrabbits, lizards, rattlesnakes, roadrunners, vultures, mule deer and red tail hawks—just to name a few. Oh, and don’t forget about the coyotes!. Did you know that a coyote is sometimes called a prairie wolf? The coyote is highly adaptive to its environment. Coyotes have developed a keen sense of survival, whether it be hunting alone, in a pack, foraging for food or rearing its pups.

You cannot miss the many desert plants and trees along the trail. Ask your tour guide to identify each new species you cross. Know the difference between a Narrow Leaf Yucca and a Broad Leaf Yucca? Did you know the spikes and fibers in an Agave plant could be used as needle and thread?

Any time of day, this scenic Pink Jeep tour always provides a thrilling experience that brings you closer to this Sedona outback landscape.

Again, Brandon was FANTASTIC, my kids loved him. He was fun and knowledgable. But we were underwhelmed by the coyote canyons tour. Thought the video online made it seem like we would see more. The Broken Arrow tour that we did the following day was better.

Fun and Brandon made the entire experience for us!

The tour was fantastic, and lots of fun! It was a blast for our group which varied in ages (18 year old, 50 year old, 80 year old). We loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

The entire tour was so much fun and having Laura Dong as our guide was the main reason for that. Her upbeat personality and jokes kept us laughing the entire time. I was amazed at how she handled the jeep on the rough terrain (this was my first off-road experience). We got some great photos and even saw a mule deer. I am so glad we did the Pink Jeep tour. Ask for Laura if you go!

Brandon was an excellent tour guide. His knowledge of the area, history, geology, geography, and botany made the tour educational and entertaining. It isn"t often you get an education and entertained at the same time. Brandon's knowledge was extensive and brought to light the wonders of the Sedona area. We are so happy we booked Pink Jeep tours and that we were lucky enough to get Brandon as our guide.
